At the same time, you shouldn’t forget that much of the information found in books and through physicians is easily found over the Internet. If you are obese, you should still see a physician to see what health risks you face and whether you need drastic treatment.

Success isn’t measured by pound, but rather by how happy you are with your body and how safe your body is at its current weight. As soon as you find a good weight range, don’t be afraid to start enjoying foods you once did- just learn to control your urges to prevent a recursion of weight gain.
